New CFO to join TORM Executive Management
Roland M. Andersen has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for TORM.
Roland M. Andersen is 39 years old and he is currently CFO for the Danish mobile and broadband operator Sonofon/Cybercity. During 2000 – 2005 Roland Andersen was CFO for private equity owned Cybercity. Prior to this he has held positions with A.P. Møller-Mærsk, the latest one as CFO for A.P. Møller-Mærsk Singapore. Complementing his professional experience, Roland M. Andersen holds a M.Sc. in Corporate Finance
and has attended executive courses at London Business School.
Roland M. Andersen expects to join TORM in the spring 2008.

Today, A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S has been informed that A.P. Møller og Hustru Chastine Mc-Kinney Møllers Familiefond has disposed of 5,000 A shares and 29,070 B shares of A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S. The foundation hereby owns 297,420 A shares and 133,388.5 B shares corresponding to 9.85 % of the share capital and 13.53 % of the votes.
According to the foundation, the disposal is taking place pursuant to Consolidation Act no. 657 of 15 September 1986 regarding the transition of family settlements to property owned absolutely.
